Tomasz Popielarski (Arctic Moon) - pod tymi projektami kryje się młody producent muzyczny pochodzący z Polski. Urodził się w 1988 roku w Szczecinie. Już od dzieciństwa interesował się muzyką elektroniczną. Na początku były to proste programy do robienia muzyki typu Music Maker, E-Jay. Szybko jednak przestały one wystarczać ze względu na liczne ograniczenia. W 2003 roku, po zapoznaniu się z profesjonalnymi programami do produkcji, zaczął pracowac nad własnym stylem. Początki byly bardzo trudne ale nie poddawał się. Na przełomie lat 2003 - 2006 jego styl przechodził wiele przemian i ulepszeń. Pierwszym projektem Tomka byl projekt nazwany East-NRG System. Pod tą nazwą wydał on wiele utworów w stylu Dancecore/Dance, m.in. w znanej wytwórni Trak Music. Jednak ten gatunek dość szybko przestał mu wystarczać... zorientował się, że nie jest to styl w którym chce dalej rozwijać swoje umiejętności....Na początku roku 2007 postanowił stworzyć nowy projekt (Arctic Moon), który w pełni odzwierciedla jego naturę. Cec***e się on trancowym brzmieniem i upliftingowymi melodiami. Projekt można zaklasyfikować do takich gatunków jak Uplifting Trance, Epic Trance, Progressive, Tech-Trance.

Na początku 2009 roku razem z Mike Windem założył label Emphase Recordings, który jest częścią Timeline Music. Strona www: www.emphase-recordings.com
